It’s been a while since I got figma Tsuruya-san but only managed to open her up and pose to take some pictures. 
Tsuruya-san and Emiri-san
Among the available faces for Tsuruya, I like this the best. Really reflects her character. As for Emiri, she’s the extra head given in this figma set and I have to say her looks is simply lovely. Sweet. 
Their hair color are simply amazing, both green in different tones. Honestly, I never thought Emiri would look that good. Apart from that, Tsuruya’s long hair is not a problem at all, guess Max Factory done a good job this time.

Finally had the time to post this up. Been to XL Shop the past few days to collect my pre-orders. Managed to spot the nendoroid playset and obtained it as well.

Fortunately, my Nendoroid Kagami does not share the same fate with my Nendoroid Konata. Somehow, Kagami comes in a better quality although there some nasty paint jobs at some hand parts, however majority of it is great and the details of the items she hold is nicely done.

Her hair parts are great! You can move them around to create a slight different look on certain poses. Also, the paint job on the hair and even the uniform are nicely done.

The details on the items are simply great. Nasty paint jobs are still noticeable at the sleeves. However compared to Konata, somehow Kagami seems to be better in terms of the paint job and parts.

I got this on Saturday afternoon. Finally got the time to post this up!
Nendoroid Konata and Nendoroid Kagami (Chara Ani Version)
Basically I was excited, seeing that these two are my fav. characters from the anime Lucky Star (including Tsukasa, but she’s not here yet ). Managed to open them up today for inspection and pose for photo shots. However to my suprise, there are several defects on the nendo paint job (as expected since it was from an earlier GSC/Chara ani mass production), so that kinda get my excitement down a little, nevertheless they still look great on photos due to the nendoroid’s awesome face expressions and vibrant hair color.

I’m love Konata’s hair color. Simply awesome! Her expressions are great too. But she got a defect at her uniform, somewhere at the neck part, the paint kinda went off. It was there when I first open it as the paint was mix wid some smeared black dirts, and removing with a cotton bud somehow brings the paint along! (never happen to my other nendos before.)

This really breaks my heart. But it’s not so visible unless i do a macro shot. Was thinking to get an extra Lucky Star nendoroid from the March 2009 batch to replace her body. (sounds like a waste of $$$) What you think?
Apart from that, other body parts have some bad paint job as well. See below..

Moreover, she seems difficult to pose as well due to her long hair and loose body parts. Gotta pose her patiently.

Despite all that, she’s getting a 6.5/10 from me. Indeed she’s one of my favs in Lucky Star, can’t deny that. Replacement for the body? Considering still…

Nanako Sensei from Raki Suta
I’m sure many of you who watched Lucky Star would have known who she is. I got her for RM20 during Comic Fiesta at Sunway Pyramid as a result of going ‘tikam’ with Exiled_Gundam.( I would be happier if I have gotten Konata, well guess what? Turns out, she’s not bad after all. )

They make an awesome combination don’t they?? (Just happen to put them together seeing that they have some similarities on each other) Neckties and suitcases~ Waha! They look so ‘agent’ mode to me. (*grin)

It’s good to walk around during lunch if you’re having it nearby any shopping complexes, chances is you might find something useful (in a way to me it is!). I managed to find a mini display box which i think deem suitable for displaying nendoroids puchi. Found it at DAISO (Rm5 shop at the Curve) today [26th Dec] for only RM5!
Only RM5. Seems affordable to me~
There are 2 versions, the one i bought was has a stairs platform (as above) while the another is a flat platform. I decided to try out the stairs platform version.
Fits perfectly yet looks crampy...LOL
Glad that it fits perfectly in displaying nendo puchis! However.. it miserably failed for displaying figumates as the platform does not provide enough space, I guess the flat one can but will only managed to display up to 3 figumates only, seeing the available space is kinda limited and figumates are way bigger than nendo puchis!
Maybe I should get a few more. Hmm…
Finally, managed to finish this anime last week. ( I should have post this earlier but have been really really busy/lazy?) Suprisingly I enjoyed the series but finding it short-lived, a season 2 maybe? Gonna miss Flandere’s ‘fuga’ speech and its really funny when there’a one episode when she gone BAD!!! However, the ending brings me nowhere and I got a feeling there’s more to it. :S So I’ll probably go get the manga serialization of the series as they are available in the English translation.
Hmmm..hitting Borders or Kinokuniya soon to get em’. back to work for now.. jyaneee~
p/s: As for now, I have a few animes on my watching list…will post bout’ them soon.
Wow~ Didn’t realize I haven’t been blogging throughout the past 2 weeks! Guess I have been really buys or lazy. Anyways, here’s my haul for yesterday.
Nendoroid Ryouko Asakura & Expansion Parts Set
I know I know…this nendoroid had been out for months! Seeing that it contains the expansion set..it’s rather pricey (around Rm190) but i spotted this at TFM’s bargain corner at the price of RM173, without hesitation I grab it. ( There are some units left I think, go grab it!) Another perfect addition to my Haruhi collection. Hooray~!

Looks pretty decent, haven’t really fully inspect the parts but it looks absolutely fine to me, might take it out later for a short display.

Guess that’s all for now, basically I’m locating for a shelf to store my figures (most are back in the box due to lack of space) and I’m trying to make a lightbox, creating a better background and lighting effects while shooting pics of my figures.
Maybe I should go hunt for them today. (Maybe…)

Hauls from Hobby Search and XL
Managed to open up GSC Ryougi Shiki Garannodou, Alter Suzumiya Haruhi, Nendoroid Kagamine Rin for inspection. It’s all good except a little small oily patch on Haruhi’s head..but I guess that can’t be help. Overall, I’m quite satisfied with the haul this time but definately a pain to my wallet.
Hopefully, I’ll find time to post pictures of them soon.
